About the coach

Damian Karaula previously acted as an advisor to the building and construction industry and has worked with the Grand Prix corporation, Olympic athletes and Special Forces commanders.

He understands the patterns and cycles that get in the way of individual performance and provides advice to entrepreneurs across the entire business lifecycle.

Damian’s approach combines the latest in technical expertise with a unique empathy for the human condition and deep understanding of the factors that allow us to perform at our best.

The Archetype Accelerator Program

Our signature offering – High-Performance Accelerator Program.

Over 90 powerful days, we work closely with entrepreneurs and founders to remove all barriers and blockers to accelerated growth and high performance.

The process begins by identifying internal blockers and belief systems that inhibit entrepreneurial growth and performance. Once we identity and remove the bricks we are left with a clean slate for growth. From here we begin with a new purpose and vision, building out a scalable business model supported by a strong story and value proposition that comes to life in a detailed strategy and execution plan.

A ‘titanium cable’ that can flex and bend, but never breaks runs through each stage of the process from end to end.

Group workshops and retreats

The Awakened Entrepreneur Program has been designed to challenge all of the traditional approaches to learning and development about entrepreneurship, motivation and peak performance. We don't do quick fixes, fire walks or loud music. We favour practical solutions to real life scenarios.

Our lessons have been learnt through exposure to sporting, business and military domains and we ground these lessons with research undertaken across academic communities. The goal of this program is to provide every single participant with the greatest opportunity to awaken to their highest potential as an entrepreneur. This is our legacy and the reason we exist.

As our members awaken to their purpose, we build a community of entrepreneurs who are not bound by the limitations of their past or conditioned beliefs. They know in their heart that anything is possible when they are connected to their ultimate truth and life’s work.

The Awakened Entrepreneur Program runs over a full weekend. Details will be provided upon booking. The cost to participate is $1250 + GST per participant, which includes accommodation and catering.
